LISTING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Reserves the right: Bows & Chic reserves the right to remove or reject any account/business/profile/listing/images/videos/content at any point that does not fall in line with our values/brand/image.
Business Approvals: Only wedding-related businesses/profiles will be accepted to be listed. This includes honeymoon, engagement, kitchen tea, bachelor, or any other wedding-related businesses.
INDEMNITY:
Acknowledgement and acceptance of risk: I, the undersigned willingly assume and accept full responsibility for the Images and/or Content that I am providing to Bows & Chic for any and/or all advertisements and/or article use over any and/or all Bows & Chic platforms. I acknowledge that I have all permissions for any materials supplied to Bows & Chic.
Release: In consideration of the above-mentioned risks and hazards and in consideration of the fact that I am willingly and voluntarily participating in the services offered by Bows & Chic, I, the undersigned, hereby release Bows & Chic, their principals, agents, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions or rights of action which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with my participation in these services, including those allegedly attributed to the negligent acts or omissions of the above-mentioned parties. This agreement shall be binding upon me, my successors, representatives, heirs, executors, assigns, or transferees. If any portion of this agreement is held invalid, I agree that the remainder of this agreement shall remain in full legal force and effect.
Indemnification: I recognize that there is risk involved in the types of services offered by Bows & Chic. Therefore, I accept financial responsibility for any harm that I cause either to myself or to any other participant due to my negligence. I furthermore agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bows & Chic, their principles, agents, employees, and volunteers from liability for any claims permissions of any supplied materials from other Vendors that may result from my negligent or intentional act or omission while participating in the services offered by Bows & Chic.
Photography/Video Release: Participants involved in any services offered by Bows & Chic may be photographed or videotaped during agreed occasions. Participants involved in any services offered by Bows & Chic may provide materials in form of images, videos, and content, and agree that all parties involved in such materials have agreed upon the use and/or terms and conditions in writing. The undersigned hereby consents to the use of the materials without compensation, on Bows & Chic website or in any editorial, promotional, or advertising material produced and/or published on all platforms by Bows & Chic.

COSTS & SERVICES
Each supplier covers its own costs/services for the shoot. i.e., if you are a décor supplier, you provide the décor items for the shoot at your own cost.

THEMES
Editorial themes, dates and locations are released on our Facebook page make sure to keep an eye out.
WHEN
We shoot on a weekday (most suppliers and venues are booked over weekends).
PRODUCT DELIVERY
If you have a product for the shoot, it is your responsibility to get the product to the shoot and to have it removed/returned to you after the shoot. If you are a dress supplier, stationery designer or a supplier that has a physical product, you can arrange with the organizer of the editorial prior to the shoot. You can either drop the product or courier ahead of time to the address he/she provides. If you cannot be at the shoot, please make sure to have your product with the organizer 2 days prior to shoot date.
TIMELINE ON SHOOT DAY
This will be determined for each editorial. It can be half day or full day depending on the size of the production. A timeline will be sent to everyone before the shoot to allow adjustments if necessary.
REFRESHMENTS
There will be drinks and snacks at each shoot. If you have a specific diet you follow, make sure to bring your own snacks & drinks. You are responsible for your own allergies, and the magazine and its people will not be held liable for any incidents, health issues or deaths that may occur, as stated in our official form that you sign.
SHOOT COMMUNICATION
We have a WhatsApp group for each editorial where more details will be shared, and questions can be asked by the editorial team.
PAYMENT & BOOKING
An invoice will be sent to you. You pay the publishing fee and complete our form to secure your booking.
SHARING & TAGGING
*No behind-the-scenes (BTS) images may be shared before publishing. (All behind-the-scenes images, videos and reels can be shared after publishing – make sure to tag all relevant people/suppliers)
*A few images will be selected by Bows & Chic, the magazine, that will be shared as an official sneak before publishing if time and editing allow – this can be shared with all suppliers tagged. No other images, except those released by the magazine, may be shared before publishing.
*All people/suppliers that form part of a Bows & Chic shoot/editorial will receive the high-resolution image gallery released by the magazine. The images will be without a watermark and can be used for marketing purposes.
*All or all relevant suppliers in an image must be tagged/mentioned in any image/s or videos that are shared on social media or in/on any other publication/media platform.
EDITORIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The payment deadline is 7 days prior to the editorial shoot date, as indicated on the invoice. If the payment deadline is missed, we will select another supplier to fill the editorial spot. You need to make the payment and complete and send our indemnity form for your booking to be valid.
- The new supplier (who is selected for the editorial after the payment deadline was missed), must send proof of payment and complete our form within 2 days to secure their spot.
- No cancellation refunds 7 days prior to shoot date.
- Full refund 8 days or longer prior to shoot date.
